I am really interested in this book, the content looks nice 🙂

Will get it as soon as possible!! hehe.

Boys be ambitious!
Be ambitious not for money or for selfish aggrandizement
not for that evanescent thing which men call fame.
Be ambitious for attainment of all that a man ought to be.

I agree with this much.

I am addicted to this song recently.

It is super nice for me. ❤

Every single human is special in this world.

We, as a human being don’t need to jealous or envy the talents/wealthiness/appearance and etc. required by others because God endowed us our very own one.

We are who we are!

Nobody else have this kind of talent. So…

Appreciate what we have and be the way we are.

Life is full of surprise and miracles.

Cheers and enjoy our life =)

I have read this in my college’ library this morning and I found that it was so true, I can’t wait to share with you all. There are really numerous of things that we can’t learn in school, we can only learn through our life 🙂 Learn now before we step out to the reality world 😀 ❤

Bill Gates recently gave a speech at a High School about 11 things they will not learn in school. He talks about how feel-good, politically correct teachings created a generation of kids with no concept of reality and how this concept set them up for failure in the real world. Here are his 11 rules (the 11th is my favourite, after all, the geek shall inherit the earth..):

Rule 1 : Life is not fair – get used to it!

Rule 2 : The world doesn’t care about your self-esteem. The world will expect you to accomplish something BEFORE you feel good about yourself.

Rule 3 : You will NOT make $60,000 a year right out of high school. You won’t be a vice-president with a car phone until you earn both.

Rule 4 : If you think your teacher is tough, wait till you get a boss.

Rule 5 : Flipping burgers is not beneath your dignity. Your Grandparents had a different word for burger flipping: they called it opportunity.

Rule 6 : If you mess up, it’s not your parents’ fault , so don’t whine about your mistakes, learn from them.

Rule 7 : Before you were born, your parents weren’t as boring as they are now.. They got that way from paying your bills, cleaning your clothes and listening to you talk about how cool you thought you were. So before you save the rain forest from the parasites of your parent’s generation, try delousing the closet in your own room.

Rule 8 : Your school may have done away with winners and losers, but life HAS NOT. In some schools, they have abolished failing grades and they’ll give you as MANY TIMES as you want to get the right answer. This doesn’t bear the slightest resemblance to ANYTHING in real life.

Rule 9 : Life is not divided into semesters. You don’t get summers off and very few employers are interested in helping you FIND YOURSELF. Do that on your own time.

Rule 10 : Television is NOT real life. In real life people actually have to leave the coffee shop and go to jobs.

Rule 11 : Be nice to nerds. Chances are you’ll end up working for one.

Lomography

I read something coool in magazine and I Google it in order to know it more detail 🙂

Guess what? It’s lomography?

According to Wikipedia,

Lomography is the commercial trademark of Lomographische AG, Austria for products and services related to photography. The name is inspired by the former state-run optics manufacturer LOMO PLC of Saint Petersburg, Russia. LOMO PLC created and produced the 35mm LOMO LC-A Compact Automatcamera— which became the centrepiece of Lomography’s marketing and sales activities. This camera was loosely based upon the Cosina CX-1 and introduced in the early 1980s.

In 1991, the Austrian founders of Lomography discovered the Lomo LC-A. As the company states, they were “charmed by the unique, colourful, and sometimes blurry” images that the camera produced. After a series of international art exhibitions and aggressive marketing work, Lomography signed an exclusive distribution agreement with LOMO PLC — thereby becoming the sole distributor of all Lomo LC-A cameras outside of the Soviet Union.

Lomography emphasizes casual, snapshot photography. Characteristics such as over-saturated colours, off-kilter exposure, blurring, “happy accidents,” and alternative film processing are often considered part of the “Lomographic Technique. Users are encouraged to take a light-hearted approach to their photography, and use these techniques to document everyday life, as the Lomo LC-A’s small size, simple controls, and ability to shoot in low light encourages candid photography, photo reportage, and photo vérité through the much-touted “10 Golden Rules”

The lomo camera is so cute and adorable.

The most important thing is it is much much cheaper that DSLR.

Just about RM 200++ or RM 500++you can have a cute and adorable camera (Some of them are key-chains as well: D).

The pictures taken by these lomo cameras are superb too.

Do you believe all these without editing with Photoshop??

have a look of lomo cameras and the pictures taken by them, you will definitely impressed. ❤

I think I will save money to buy one of the lomo cameras and start my “photography” journey in my life to record all my feelings, my thoughts and my memories soon. XD

National Zoo

I was going to the National Zoo yesterday with my BUCH friends (most are hostel’s friends).

We are no longer the visitors or tourists this time as we are the National Zoo Volunteers.

The main purpose for us went to National Zoo is to do some voluntary works.

We had divided into some groups.

Some of them worked in the the kitchen section, some of them worked in customers’ services section/birds sections/elephant sections and so on.

My group worked in the lions, leopard(its name-Manja) and tapir (it calls Tuah) sections.

Our work is pretty easy but tiring – swept the dry leaves, collected the dry leaves and disposed them.><

However, we were having some fun seriously.

When we cleaned the lions pen, the lions keep roaring. It seen like urge us to quickly finish our job.

I am lazy to continue the story, lets’the photo to continue it 🙂
